2Hosting
This website is hosted on a dedicated server (Root Server / VPS), operated by OVH GmbH, Christophstraße 19, 50670 Cologne, Germany (part of the OVHcloud group, OVH Groupe SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with OVH. Additionally, the Cloudflare service (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) is used for content delivery and attack protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical access data. A data processing agreement / corresponding standard contractual clauses exist with Cloudflare.
3Server Log Files
When accessing this website, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (e.g., IP address, date/time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type). This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and is deleted after 7 days at the latest.
4Contact Form
When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and, if applicable, the initiation of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). We do not share this data without your consent.
For the technical transmission of the contact form we use the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Your form entries are forwarded to us by email via the provider's servers; according to the provider, the contents are not stored there permanently. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR.
5AI Chat Assistant
Our website offers an AI chat assistant that answers questions about our services. Responses are generated fully automatically by an AI language model — you are not chatting with a human, and answers may occasionally be inaccurate. When you actively use the chat, the messages you enter are transmitted to Groq, Inc. (400 Castro Street, Mountain View, CA 94041, USA) to generate the response and are processed on servers in the USA. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat. The legal basis is your consent through active use of the chat (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR); the transfer to the USA is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. If you do not use the chat, no data is transmitted to Groq.
6WhatsApp Contact
Our website contains a button that lets you contact us via WhatsApp. Simply visiting our website does not transfer any data to WhatsApp. Only when you actively start the chat does WhatsApp open (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) and WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. Its use is voluntary — you can just as well reach us by email or phone.
7Fonts (Locally Hosted)
This website uses the Inter and Outfit typefaces. The font files are hosted locally on our own server — loading the page does not establish any connection to Google or other font providers.

9Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We run advertisements via Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Only if you consent to the “Marketing” category in the cookie banner does the so-called Google tag load on our pages. It helps us measure whether an ad led to a contact enquiry (conversion tracking). In the process, cookies may be set and data (e.g., your IP address and the page visit) may be transmitted to Google — including to servers in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25(1) German TDDDG). Without consent, the Google tag is not loaded and no data flows to Google.
